Sourcetypes and dashboards, shared.

Exports from Logline that people chose to share: a sourcetype definition with its fields and CIM mapping, or a dashboard. Anyone can browse and download; an account is needed to publish, star or report. Every upload is checked against the shapes the engine exports before it is accepted. The engine’s own built-in sourcetype library (issue #31) ships inside the binary; this is where people share their own.
