logline.cloud is the website of a pre-release, open-source project, run by an individual. Most of the site can be read without an account and stores nothing about you. This page says what the account-backed parts store and why.
Without an account
Browsing, reading the docs, downloading library items and reading the changelog store no personal data. The site uses Vercel Analytics for page view counts; it sets no cookies and does not identify visitors across sites. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.
With an account
Signing in is handled by Clerk. The sign-in provider you pick (GitHub, Google or an email address) gives the site your email address, a display name and an avatar. Clerk sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in; those are the only cookies the site sets.
The account exists so you can publish to the library, keep stars, report items and join the interest list. For that the site keeps, in a Supabase project:
- a profile row: your Clerk user id, display name, avatar URL and the release-notification preference;
- the library items and versions you publish, with their name, description, tags, visibility and notes, and the time they were made;
- the JSON exports and sample logs you upload, in Supabase Storage, under the item's id;
- your stars and reports;
- your interest-list entry: your email address and what you wrote in the free-text field.
Published items show your display name next to them. Unlisted items are reachable by anyone with the link but are not listed or searchable.
Where it is kept
The database and the uploaded files live in a Supabase project in AWS us-east-1 (Virginia). The site itself runs on Vercel. Clerk stores the account record under its own terms.
What is not done
No data is sold or shared with advertisers. Nothing is sent by email yet: the release-notification preference is stored and nothing more happens until sending exists, and the interest list is a list, not a commitment to contact you.
Deleting
The account page has a delete action. It removes your profile, items, versions, uploaded files, stars, reports and interest-list entry from the site's database and storage, and deletes the Clerk account. Items you published are gone for everyone once you delete them.
Contact
Through the owner's GitHub profile, Wimanaconda, or by opening an issue on the site repository. Changes to this page are noted on the changelog.
